❤️ Can I change the badge colour?

Yes! For speech bubble pins, I'm happy to change the background colours. Just leave a message for me at the checkout under "Order special instructions".

Sadly for the other designs I cannot change background colours.

💙 I'm struggling with the personalised box for my custom!

That's ok! Just ignore it, and leave your personalisation under "Order special instructions" instead, which is found at the checkout.

Or, pay for your order as normal, then email me with your order number and the details for the personalisation box!

🧡Shipping & Estimated dates?

It takes me 1-3 working days to dispatch orders. I ship with Royal Mail.

UK Orders: After dispatch, 2-3 working days to be delivered
International Orders: After dispatch, 2-5 weeks to be delivered

All dates are estimates, I don't guarantee anything in case there are postie delays!

💚My order is late!

UK Orders: Please allow up to 10 days just in case of any unexpected delays.

International Orders: Please allow up to 1-2 months, as some orders can get held up in customs for a LONG time.

I have no control over the delivery, I totally understand the frustration but please don't take this out on me! And during the Christmas season pls pls pls be extra patient with posties.

💚My order is STILL late and I've waited extra time!

Yes! But please cancel within 24 hours of the purchase, otherwise I can't cancel after this as I will have already printed your order.

❤️ Can you design something cool for me?

No, I only do custom wording. The only customs available are the ones within my shop. I can put an image of your choice onto a badge, just email it to me: pawsitive.pins@outlook.com

🤎 My address is wrong can I update it?

Yes! However, if I have shipped the order I can't update it now. You will have to re-order to the correct address, and if the original badge returns back to me I will refund you the badge costs :)

❤️ Do you do bulk orders?

Hmm it depends! You will have to contact me. I'm quite happy to accept bulk orders and offer big discounts, but sadly I can't offer discounts like a manufacturer would... because I'm not one! I create each badge one by one by myself, and I need to make sure it covers all costs, including my time and energy! It can take me weeks to create hundreds of badges for 1 order.

Check your junk/spam folder! And double check the email you entered is correct!
